Where the stories come from: 

Hello there! I'm Susan Lower. I'm an independent author with a growing number of titles available for you to read. I started out writing inspirational romances and found I have a love for romantic suspense and mystery set in small towns with cowboys, heroes, and hope.  In between writing, I teach life skills to teens and visit my family on the farm. One day, I dream of having a horse again and kids who clean up after themselves. But for now, I settle for motorcycle rides with my husband of over 20 years and weekends free of cooking dinner. 

I also write as Eliza Chambers, author of mythological adventures, urban fantasy, and twisted tales of folklore and legend for readers who love these genres and prefer a sweeter story. 

Since 2008, I have served in various roles on the board for SDCWA including treasurer, director, and faculty coordinator. I am a member of my local Christian Motorcycle Association (CMA). 

Writing has been one of my greatest  joys (shh... don't tell my children.) I have some incredible people in my life who support me including my family, friends, readers, author friends, and fans. I feel so blessed and am grateful to be able to share my stories with others.
